摘要: 酒店行业的发展需要不同层次、不同类型的人才,为适应这种差异化发展的需要,高校应在关注学生个体差异的基础上为其提供“合适的教育”,以保证向行业输送人才的质量。该文基于差异化教育理论,分析当前本科高校酒店管理专业教育存在的问题,提出通过分层设计教学目标、构建多样化课程体系、构建目标导向能力培养教学模式,并优化具体教学实施过程、完善多样化教学效果考核机制,实现高校人才培养与酒店行业需求的有效对接。

Abstract: The development of the hotel industry needs different levels and different types of talents. In order to respond to the needs of such differentiated development, colleges and universities should provide "appropriate education" on the basis of paying attention to the individual differences of students, in order to ensure the quality of talents to the industry. Based on the theory of differential education analysis on the problems existing in the current undergraduate course colleges and universities hotel management specialized education, put forward by multi curriculum system, teaching objectives, layered design build goal-directed ability training teaching mode and optimize the teaching process, improve the diversified teaching effect assessment mechanism, realize the talents training in colleges and universities and the effective docking hotel industry demand.
