基于高职院校学生职业核心能力培养视角的劳动教育路径探究

摘要: 职业核心能力指的是学生在未来工作中,所具备的除了专业的岗位技能以外的一种能力。近年来,为了更好地提升学生的就业竞争力,更快地适应未来企业的工作需求,我国高职院校越来越重视对学生职业核心能力的培养。而对高职学生进行劳动教育正是职业核心能力培养的核心需求。为进一步加强高职院校的劳动教育,通过对高职院校学生普遍存在的职业核心能力问题以及劳动教育对于职业核心能力培养的优势进行分析,提出在职业核心能力培养视角下的劳动教育路径。

Abstract: Career core competence refers to the students in the future work, in addition to the professional skills of a job. In recent years, in order to improve the employment competitiveness of students and adapt to the needs of enterprises in the future, higher vocational colleges in our country pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students’vocational core competence. And it is the core demand of training the core vocational ability to carry on the labor education to the higher vocational students. In order to further strengthen the labor education in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the common problems of vocational core competence of students in higher vocational colleges and the advantages of labor education in the cultivation of vocational core competence, the paper puts forward the path of labor education from the perspective of the cultivation of vocational core competence.
