The Department of Optometry of Baicheng Medical College carries out the reform of the teaching mode of "integration of teaching and doing" and the reform of the innovative talent training mode of "school-enterprise cooperation" through the "ophthalmology center" (Shushi Ophthalmology), so as to build a driving mechanism. security mechanism and social service mechanism of "dual education". And it will build a high-level professional group of optometry technology, a high-quality "double qualified" teacher team, a curriculum system and an innovation and entrepreneurship incubation base for college students. Finally, it can improve the training quality of optometry technology professionals.
