学研融合中以多维模式营造工科生创新环境的研究

Research on Creating an Innovative Environment for Engineering Students by Using Various Strategies in the Combination of Learning and Research

摘要: 新经济和新产业发展需要具有实践操作能力、思维创新能力和比赛竞争能力的高素质综合型工科生人才。随着国内教育体系的完善,本科生的培养方向也逐渐转移到学识拓展、专业精攻、文化传承、创新能力等方面。该文阐述了工科生创新培养的现状,指出科研创新对工科生创新能力培养的意义,剖析创新环境对创新型工科生培养的影响,提出了多维环境促进营造创新环境的策略:利用学研融合构建创新环境,通过“生生互促”强化创新环境,基于师生共进完善创新环境,借助校辐地射推动发展创新环境,以此在学研融合中以多维模式营造工科生创新环境,进而为提升工科生的创新培养能力奠定基础。

Abstract: Nowadays, the development of new economy and new industry needs high-quality comprehensive engineering students with practical operation ability, innovative thinking ability and competitive ability. Since the domestic education system has become more and more perfect, the training direction for undergraduates has gradually shifted to many aspects such as knowledge expansion, professional mastery, cultural inheritance, innovation ability and so on. This paper shows the present situation of innovative cultivation of engineering students, puts forward the significance of scientific research innovation to the cultivation of innovative ability of engineering students, and analyzes the cultivation and influence of innovation environment on engineering students. The strategies in various environment to promote the creation of innovation environment are proposed as follows: using the combination of learning and research to build an innovation environment, strengthening the innovation environment through "mutual promotion between students and students", perfecting the innovation environment based on the mutual progress of teachers and students, and promoting the development of innovation environment with the help of school radiation. Through these strategies, the various means in the combination of learning and research can create an innovation environment for engineering students, and lay a foundation for improving their innovation ability.
