Discussion on the Cultivation Method of Mining Engineering Undergraduates Oriented by Innovation Ability

摘要: 智能矿山的兴起,催生了采矿工程专业的创新浪潮,企业求贤若渴,培养创新型人才已然成为各大高校的重要职责。目前,部分高校在培养本科生时还在沿用多年前的培养方式,对本科生创新能力的培养缺乏足够的重视。基于此,该文以创新能力为导向,对采矿工程专业现行的本科生培养方式进行了研究,并对高校目前的培养方式提出了一些建议,旨在提高采矿工程专业本科毕业生的质量。

Abstract: The rise of intelligent mine has given birth to the innovation wave of mining engineering. Enterprises are eager for talents, and cultivating innovative talents has become an important responsibility of colleges and universities. At present, many colleges and universities are still using the training method of many years ago, and do not pay attention to the cultivation of undergraduates' innovation ability. Based on this, this paper takes the innovation ability as the guidance, studies the current undergraduate training mode of mining engineering, and puts forward some suggestions on the current training mode of colleges and universities, in order to improve the quality of mining engineering graduates.
