摘要: 为提升理工科大学生创新能力,探讨以学科竞赛为途径的大学生创新能力培养的改革模式。从参加理工科专业学科竞赛的学生管理、学科竞赛实践平台的运行和指导教师团队的建设三个方面进行了积极探索和实践研究,提出了理工类学生的创新应用能力和工程实践能力提升的教育模式,为理工科大学生创新能力的培养和提升提供了借鉴。

Abstract: In order to improve the innovation ability of students in the science and engineering, this paper discusses the reform mode of cultivating college students' innovation ability by means of the subject competition for science and engineering majors. This paper makes the active exploration and practice from three aspects that are the management of students participating in discipline competitions, the operation of discipline competition practice platform and the construction of instructor team, and puts forward the education mode to improve the innovation and application ability and engineering practice ability of students in the science and engineering , so as to provide a reference for the cultivation and improvement of innovation ability of college students in science and engineering.
