Abstract: In view of the current application-oriented universities for the quality of personnel training is not high, put forward the optimization of personnel training program research. Then it puts forward the innovation incubation design of application-oriented talents, and comprehensively cultivates students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability by cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness, creating a double-teacher-oriented teaching team, building an innovation and entrepreneurship practice education platform, and making full use of school and enterprise resources to carry out school-enterprise joint teaching. In order to provide reference value for talents training in application-oriented colleges and universities in China, the successful experience of innovative incubation training of application-oriented talents is interpreted by case study.
