新工科背景下软件工程专业产教融合育人模式研究

Research on the Mode of Production-Education Integration of Software Engineering Specialty under the New Engineering Background

摘要: 在新工科背景下,软件工程专业发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。随着“互联网+”、人工智能的应用不断深入,企业对于软件工程人才的需求已经发生了一系列的变化,过去那种传统的课堂教学、课后实践的模式已不能适应新的要求。如何在新工科背景下将产教融合有机地结合起来,探索出新的育人模式,已成为当前研究的热点。该文以长江大学产教融合为例,从人才培养方案和协同育人路径、产教融合的课程体系和教学方法、产教融合的实践教学体系和教学监督机制、产教融合的育人监管方法和绩效评价机制、多方联合及多途径的产教融合策略和方法五个方面进行探讨和分析,以形成行之有效的可借鉴的育人新模式。

Abstract: Under the new engineering background, the development of software engineering specialty is facing new opportunities and challenges. With the deepening application of Internet + and artificial intelligence, enterprises' demand for software engineering talents has undergone a series of changes, and the traditional classroom teaching and after-school practice mode in the past can no longer adapt to the new requirements. How to combine the integration of production and education organically under the background of new engineering and explore a new mode of education has become a hot topic of current research. As an example, this paper takes the Yangtze university education fusion from the talent training scheme and collaborative education path, the integration of production and education course system and teaching methods, the integration of production and education practice teaching system and teaching supervision mechanism and the integration of production and education, supervision method and performance evaluation mechanism and multilateral joint and multi-channel fusion strategies and methods of production teaching five aspects carries on the discussion and analysis, In order to form effective and referable new mode of education.
