摘要: 在高校学生管理工作中,针对部分学生还存在实践能力不足等突出问题,应跳出传统的学生管理思路,发挥思想政治教育在创新创业教育中的引领作用,搭建协同育人平台,夯实保障举措,通过显性教育与隐性教育相结合、理性说教与正确引导相结合、防御型管理与发展型管理相结合,实现思创深度融合,助力学生管理工作提质增效。

Abstract: In the management of college students, in view of some students' outstanding problems such as insufficient practical ability, we should jump out of the traditional thinking of student management, give full play to the leading role of ideological and political education in innovation and entrepreneurship education, build a collaborative education platform, consolidate security measures, and combine explicit education with implicit education, the combination of rational preaching and correct guidance, and the combination of defensive management and development management can realize the deep integration of thinking and innovation and help improve the quality and efficiency of student management.
