Abstract: “Wisdom city” construction in the new period and the rapid development of intelligent transportation put forward new request of traffic engineering professional personnel training, aimed at the present situation of teaching and practice content of the old, cannot be closely combined with the theory of practice, students' comprehensive ability is not strong and so on actual situation, to professional talent training model for a new round of exploration. To urban development and the social demand as the guidance, put forward the reshape talent training goal, reconstruct the concept of “achievement orientation” course system structure, vigorously promote education integration and enhance the innovative ability training of the talent training countermeasures at four items, conform to the requirements of the traffic power in the new period and adapt to the development of intelligent transportation talents training plan and implement steadily.
