赛教融合提升电信类大学生创新能力研究

摘要: 学科竞赛是培养大学生创新能力的重要渠道,赛教融合能够为创新人才培养提供更坚实的基础。以郑州航空工业管理学院电信类学科竞赛为例,指出学科竞赛对大学生创新意识、创新思维、创新技能培养的重要性,以及目前学科竞赛中存在的问题。从而提出赛教融合,优化创新人才培养课程体系,健全“学科竞赛”奖励机制,以赛育人,构建完善的学科竞赛体系等创新能力提升路径。

Abstract: Discipline competition is an important channel to cultivate college students' innovative ability. The integration of competition and education can provide a more solid foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents. Taking the telecommunication discipline competition of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics as an example, this paper points out the importance of discipline competition to the cultivation of college students' innovative consciousness, innovative thinking and innovative skills, as well as the problems existing in the current discipline competition. Thus, this paper puts forward the integration of competition and education and optimizes the curriculum system of innovative talent training. Colleges and universities should also improve the reward mechanism of “discipline competition”. In addition, this paper also proposes ways to improve the innovation ability of college students, such as educating people through competition and constructing and perfecting the discipline competition system.
