摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”的新时代背景下,创新创业教育与医学专业教育深度融合成为高等教育改革方向之一。该文总结创新创业教育与医学教育融合面临的现实问题,包括人才培养观念滞后、课程体系不完善、育人资源整合不到位、教育评价体系不健全。基于此提出创新创业教育与医学教育深度融合的人才培养模式,以夯实专业教育基础、完善医学人才培养方案、培养医学生的创新创业素养,从而向社会输送高质量现代医学人才。

Abstract: Under the background of the new era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", the in-depth integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and medical professional education has become one of the directions of higher education reform. This paper summarizes the practical difficulties faced by the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and medical education, including the lagging concept of talent training, imperfect curriculum system, inadequate integration of educational resources and imperfect educational evaluation system. Based on this, this paper puts forward a talent training mode of deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and medical education, so as to consolidate the foundation of professional education, improve the talent training scheme of medical education, and cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship quality of medical students, so as to deliver modern medical talents to the society with high quality.
