在混合式病理学教学中提升教师教学能力的改革与实践

摘要: 病理学是连接基础医学与临床医学的桥梁,是医学生必修的基础课程。传统的线下教学方式不能充分调动学生学习的积极性,不能应对一些突发情况。2020-2021年第二学期,本着多学科交叉、合作的医学教学理念,注重学生的素质教育,对2019级临床医学专业学生开展了线上线下混合式教学,对课堂教学内容和方法进行改革。不仅使教学质量显著提高,同时也使教师的教学能力、信息素养和研究能力得到全面提升。

Abstract: : Pathology, an essential course medical students must take, is a bridge linking Basic Medical Science and Clinical Medicine. The traditional offline teaching method has problems that cannot fully motivate students and cannot cope with various unexpected situations. In the second semester of 2020-2021, we carried out online and offline hybrid teaching for the class of 2019 Clinical Medicine students, with the concept of multidisciplinary intersection and cooperative medical model and focusing on students' quality education. That also reformed teaching content and method. Not only educational quality obtained significant improvement but also teaching ability, information literacy skill and research ability.
