摘要: 当前,高职院校产教融合存在需求错配、培养模式单一和资源要素融合深度不足的困境。对此,依托“互联网+测绘专业”模式,对测绘行业数据进行挖掘,精准匹配供需端,开发校企协同育人新模式;以人为本,以分群培养为思路,对学生按照细分行业领域进行分类培养,打造多元化、综合素养高的人才;打造资源共享平台,促进院校间、校企间资源充分融合。

Abstract: At present, the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges has the dilemma of mismatch of requirements, single training mode and insufficient depth of integration of resource elements. In this regard, relying on the "Internet + Surveying and Mapping Professional" model, mining surveying and mapping industry data, accurately matching supply and demand, and developing a new model of school-enterprise collaborative education; people-oriented, group training as the idea, and students are classified and trained according to sub-industry fields. To create diversified, comprehensively qualified talents; to create a resource sharing platform to promote the full integration of resources between schools and between schools and enterprises.
