摘要: 随着我国职业教育改革的深入推进,职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设成为发展职业教育的关键要素,职业院校要结合新时期产业发展的新形势,重视“双师型”教师的培养,构建专业素质过硬、理论基础深厚、实践能力突出的新型教师队伍,扩大教师成长平台,完善院校师资建设,建立与之相适应的人才培养机制,重视教师能力评价,这样才能建设一支德能并进、理实结合的高素质教师团队,充分体现职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设成果,产教融合背景下职业院校“双师型”教师能力培养的路径研究具有非常现实的意义。

Abstract: With the deepening of vocational education reform in our country, more and more attention has been paid to the construction of double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges, especially under the background of industrial upgrading and transformation, enterprises need more high-quality and applied talents. Teachers are the main force of professional personnel training. Combined with the new situation of industrial development in the new period, vocational colleges should attach importance to the training of double-qualified teachers, build a new type of teachers with excellent professional quality, profound theoretical foundation and outstanding practical ability, and expand the teacher growth platform. Improve the construction of teachers in colleges and universities, establish a corresponding talent training mechanism, and attach importance to the evaluation of teachers' ability. Only in this way can we build a team of high-quality teachers with both morality and ability and the combination of reason and reality. Fully reflect the achievements of the construction of double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges, take the integration of industry and education as an opportunity, strive to improve the practical ability of professional teachers, and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents in the new era.
