Abstract: Innovation and Entrepreneurship talents are the necessary condition to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy, and also the first resource for the development of science and technology. Under the background of the new era, the civil engineering industry presents the characteristics of digitalization, intelligence and complexity, and it is in urgent need of a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Based on the analysis of the current situation of higher education of civil engineering majors, combined with the output-oriented education concept, this paper studies the training mode of civil engineering innovation and Entrepreneurship talents, and puts forward the corresponding teaching objectives, teaching contents, evaluation system and requirements for supporting teachers.
