摘要: 21世纪以来,海洋成为世界各国寻求发展的重要领域,并且随着海洋强国战略的深入实施以及智能时代的迅猛发展,对海洋类高层次创新人才的需求不断增加。为应对海洋类专业高层次、复合型人才需求不断增长的新形势,该文主要分析海洋类研究生培养现状及问题,并基于“校+所”联合培养模式,从研究生培养课程、实践实习和创新能力三方面,积极探索构建海洋类研究生培养模式创新与实践。

关键词: 海洋类专业, 研究生, 培养体系

Abstract: Since the 21st century, the ocean has become an important field for the development of all countries in the world. With the in-depth implementation of the Marine power strategy and the rapid development of the intelligent era, the demand for high-level Marine innovative talents is constantly expanding. In response to the Marine engineering high level, the inter-disciplinary talent demand of the growing of the new situation, this article mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of graduate education in ocean engineering, and based on school + under the background of joint training mode, course of graduate student training, practice, practice and innovation ability three aspects to explore construction of Marine class graduate student training mode innovation and practice.
