摘要/Abstract

摘要： 企业研究生工作站是在以校企合作为基础、以服务企业为目的、从多方位支持企业产品创新研发的基础上建立起来的一种研究生校外实践基地和规模企业与高校科产教合作平台。该文从研究生工作站的建设背景、存在问题、企业的现状、企业研究生工作站的建设过程等方面进行阐述,以期充分发挥企业研究生工作站的作用。

Abstract: The enterprise postgraduate workstation based on the cooperation between school and enterprise for the purpose of serving enterprises and supporting enterprise product innovation, research and development is a cooperation platform between enterprises and universities for postgraduate outside school practice. To make the best use of enterprise postgraduate workstation, the building background, the status of enterprise and the building process had been expounded in this paper.
