摘要: 在信息化飞速发展的时代,企业在技术创新中急需大量具有复合型知识的创新型人才。如何综合性培养学生的创新思维以及个人的自主创新能力变得尤为重要,因而综合培养学生的创新思维以及个人的自主创新能力成了高等教育以及素质教育的核心。然而,我国教育在培养学生的创造性思维上仍然存在诸多问题,这延缓了我国向科技创新转型的步伐。该文基于“终身幼儿园”提出了一种“项目主线,学生主体,教师引导;自主学习,成果评估,制度保障”的创新创业人才培养管理模式,真正培养具有高素质的“双创”人才。

Abstract: In the era of rapid development of informatization, enterprises urgently need a large number of innovative talents with compound knowledge in technological innovation. How to comprehensively cultivate students' innovative thinking and individual independent innovation ability has become particularly important. Therefore, comprehensively training students' innovative thinking and individual independent innovation ability has become the core of higher education and quality education. However, my country’s education still has many problems in cultivating students’creative thinking, which has slowed the pace of my country’s transformation to technological innovation. Based on the lifelong kindergarten, this paper proposes a project main line, student body, teacher guidance; independent learning, achievement evaluation, system guarantee innovative and entrepreneurial talent training management model, and truly cultivate high-quality entrepreneurial talents.
