摘要: 在高等教育事业不断改革的背景下,师范教育功能有了新的定位,不仅要培养大学生扎实的知识理论基础、雄厚的专业技能,还要加强创新创业教育,培养更多的创新人才,建设“新师范”,树立新风貌,大幅度提升师范生的综合素质。从过去的实习基地,到现在的创新人才教育实践基地,展现出我国教育理念的变化。该文就如何建设“新师范”创新人才教育实践基地展开详细讨论,旨在培养师范生的核心素养,构建完善的创新人才教育体系,改革教学内容,促进师范生全面发展。

Abstract: In the cause of higher education under the background of the reform unceasingly, normal education function a new orientation, not only to cultivate college students a solid theoretical basis of knowledge, strong professional skills, but also penetrate innovation entrepreneurship education and cultivate more innovative talents, the construction of the "new normal", set up the new style, improve students' comprehensive quality. From the past practice base, to the present innovation talent education practice base, shows the change of China's education concept. This paper discusses in detail how to construct the "new normal" innovative talent education practice base. It aims to cultivate the core quality of normal university students, build a perfect innovative talent education system, reform the teaching content, and promote the comprehensive development of normal university students.
