基于Logistic回归模型的本科生对学校满意度的影响因素分析及教育对策研究

摘要: 本科生对学校满意度综合反映了高等院校整体办学水平,是高校评估自身教育质量的重要工具。该研究对H高校的在校本科生进行问卷调查,基于Logistic回归模型对学校满意度的影响因素进行分析。调查结果显示,性别、年级、学科专业、学习成绩和家庭经济状况、参加活动情况对学校满意度有显著影响;教学服务中与专业和课程相关的因素对学校满意度有显著影响,与教师相关的因素对学校满意度没有显著影响;学生管理服务和生活服务的诸多因素对学校满意度没有显著影响。结合模型分析结果,对提升本科生对学校满意度提出针对性的建议。

Abstract: Undergraduates' satisfaction with the university is a comprehensive reflection of the overall level of higher education institutions, and is an important tool for universities to evaluate their own education quality. This study conducted a questionnaire survey among undergraduates in H university, and analyzed the influencing factors of school satisfaction based on Logistic regression model. The results show that gender, grade, discipline, academic performance, family economic status and participation in activities have significant influence on school satisfaction. The major and curricular related factors in teaching service have a significant impact on school satisfaction, while the teacher-related factors have no significant impact on school satisfaction. Many factors of student management service and life service have no significant influence on school satisfaction. Combined with the results of model analysis, specific suggestions are put forward to improve undergraduates' satisfaction with the university.
