摘要: 职业院校的创新创业教育与现代学徒制融合的前提是职业院校必须树立学习主体及社会市场主体的融合理念,基于良好的创新创业教育生态环境,联合政府、相关企业等多方主体,共同合作,为培养专业应用型高质量人才提供经验参考。该文立足于职业院校的创新创业教育工作,指出职业院校现代学徒制与创新创业教育融合的工作现状,促进职业院校现代学徒制与创新创业教育工作融合的策略,实现高职院校学生多元化发展,为社会培养高质量应用型人才。

Abstract: :On the premise of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges and modern apprenticeship, vocational colleges must establish the concept of integration of learning subjects and social market subjects. Based on the healthy ecological environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the government, vocational colleges, related enterprises and other parties should cooperate together to provide experience reference for vocational colleges to cultivate professional applied high-quality talents. Based on the innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges, this paper points out the current situation of the integration of modern apprenticeship and innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges, and points out the strategies to promote the integration of modern apprenticeship and innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges, so as to cultivate students' practical innovation ability, optimize the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges, realize the diversified development of vocational college students, and cultivate professional applied high-quality talents for the society.
