摘要: 大学承担着立德树人的重要使命,是培养国家和社会需要的人才的基地和摇篮。职业生涯教育体系的建立是使高校培养的人才与社会相契合的重要环节。该文提出构建“3D”循环模型,推进职业生涯教育体系建设,即通过设计(Designing)、指导(Directing)和调试(Debugging),通过深化顶层设计、细化过程指导、强化效果调试,激发生涯教育活力,做好职业生涯教育,着力培养满足国家和社会发展需要的,具有更强实践能力、创新精神、国际交流能力的高素质人才。

关键词: 生涯教育, “3D”循环模型, 体系建设

Abstract: Universities undertake the important mission of cultivating people by virtue, and are the base and cradle for cultivating talents needed by the country and society. This paper proposes to build a "3D" cycle model to promote the construction of career education system, that is, through design (Designing), guidance (Directing) and debugging (Debugging), by deepening top-level design, refining process guidance, and strengthening effect debugging, to guide students to know the future, do a good job in career education. Focus on cultivating high-quality talents with stronger practical ability, innovative spirit and international communication ability to meet the needs of national development and social development.
