Abstract: The talent training mode of "school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education" for film and television media majors in colleges and universities is an important measure to comprehensively carry out the reform of higher education. With the rapid development of the new media industry today, strengthening the communication and integration between the industry and universities is an effective means to promote the win-win situation of both sides. This paper will start from the development status of "school-enterprise cooperation" and "industrial college", sort out the common problems in the cooperation between the two sides and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to look forward to "school-enterprise cooperation" and "industrial college" talent training mode can be comprehensively and orderly in practice and steadily advance.
