Abstract: Scientific and technological innovation in local medical colleges and universities is an important part of the innovation system in China. Under the background of "new medicine", the digital economy, artificial intelligence and other new technologies, new forms has become a powerful technical support to achieve economic and social development, the important responsibility of the medical colleges and universities to local medical personnel training, needs to be active in the new round of technological revolution into the construction of "healthy China" strategy, broaden the innovation thought, promote the construction of connotation, strengthen the problem oriented, industry oriented, result oriented, practical guidance and coordination guidance for the development goals, improve college students' innovative thinking and innovative ability of science and technology innovation team, build up a science and technology innovation competence of medical talents cultivation system, for the "healthy China" strategy to provide strong human resources guarantee.
