Abstract: The construction of "four new" breaks through the traditional mode of thinking and provides a new perspective for the talent training of health management specialty. Under the background, the orientation of health management specialty talent training should be further clarified to response to society's need for interdisciplinary talents positively, colleges and universities should pay more attention to the integration of disciplines, the reconstruction of curriculum system, the cultivation of students' practical skills, and the internationalization of health management education, to realize the fundamental improvement of the quality of health management personnel training and shoulder the historical mission of serving for the great health era.
