Abstract: With the social development, scientific and technological progress, China launched the innovation-driven development strategy, in many innovative development strategies, accounting for the main part of the continuous promotion of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" development strategy. As the new force of this development strategy, college students play an important role in promoting and supporting college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education. Art design education as an important part of higher learning of art education, to long-term foothold in a new stage of social development, carrying out the new idea of social development, through continuous innovation in art design discipline entrepreneurship education, the improvement of the teaching system and development clearly raises the student independent innovation business goal, efforts to improve students' ability of independent innovation entrepreneurship, we will provide new impetus for mass entrepreneurship and innovation in art and design. In view of the current situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system for college students of art design discipline, as teachers of art design major in colleges and universities, they should follow the pace of The Times to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship practice education and teaching research. Based on the current situation of art design innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward new ideas and measures of art design innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching. The purpose is to play a certain role in promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of art design in the new stage of development.
