Practical Teaching Mode Research Based on Hardware in the Loop Simulation System under the Background of Industry Education Integration

摘要: 随着工程因素影响的日益增加,对高层次应用型人才培养也提出了更高的要求。因此,实践能力培养成为学生培养过程中的重要环节,直接影响毕业生质量。该文结合本校工程专业学位研究生的培养特点,通过分析目前工程专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的问题,以培养学生实践创新能力为目标,提出了一种基于产教融合背景的实践教学模式新思路。该文还对基于半实物仿真系统的实践教学模式进行了研究,详细介绍了教学模式设计、教师团队建设、考核评价体系等。教学实践结果表明,该实践教学模式大幅度提高了研究生的工程实践创新能力,对研究生实践能力的培养具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: With the increasing influence of engineering factors,also puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of high-level applied talents. Therefore, the cultivation of practical ability has become a crucial link in the process of student training, directly affects the quality of graduates. Combined with the training characteristics of engineering degree postgraduates in our university, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training process of engineering degree postgraduates, and suggestions a new idea of practical teaching mode based on the integration of industry and education. The paper studies the practical teaching mode based on the hardware in the loop simulation system, and introduces the teaching mode design, teacher team construction, assessment and evaluation system and so on. The practice results show that students’engineering practice innovation ability has greatly improved through this practical teaching mode. This teaching mode has a certain reference significance for the cultivation of graduate students' practical ability.
