摘要: 为了实现高等教育内涵式发展,全面提高人才培养质量,提升我国高等教育整体水平,国家大力推进高等学校的“双一流”建设。在此背景下,该文首先讨论经管类研究生创新能力培养存在的问题,然后剖析研究生创新能力的构成要素,最后以研究生《中高级计量经济学》课程改革为例,对研究生创新能力的提升路径进行了深入探索,分别从教学理念、教材建设、教学内容、教学方法、教学模式和考核方式六个方面提出改革建议,为新时代经管类研究生教育改革提供对策和思路。

Abstract: In order to realize the connotative development of higher education, comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training, and improve the overall level of China’s higher education, China is vigorously promoting the construction of “double first-class” institutions of higher education. Under this background, this paper first discusses the problems existing in the current situation of the cultivation of innovation ability of graduate students in economics and management, and then analyzes the components of graduate students’ innovation ability, finally, taking the reform-driven course of Middle and Advanced Econometrics for postgraduates as an example, explores the improvement path of postgraduates’ innovative ability deeply, reform suggestions are put forward from six aspects: teaching concept, teaching material construction, teaching content, teaching method, teaching mode and assessment method, so as to provide countermeasures and ideas for the reform of economics and management postgraduate education in the new era.
