摘要: 创新创业人才培育体系的构建与实践是高等职业学校高质量发展的必要措施。在工匠精神引领下,充分落实立德树人根本任务,将工匠精神融入人才培养,才能更好探索化工类专业创新创业人才培育体系。该文分析了高职学校人才培养过程中存在的问题,并研究了产教融合、校企双元育人模式促进学生创新创业能力提升的意义,在工匠精神引领下就化工类专业创新创业人才培育体系的构建与实践提出了具体的措施。

Abstract: The construction and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system is a necessary measure for the high-quality development of higher vocational schools. Under the guidance of craftsman spirit, the fundamental task of moral cultivation should be fully implemented and the craftsman spirit should be integrated into talent training, so as to better explore the cultivation system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for chemical majors. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and studies the significance of the integration of industry and education and the dual education mode of school and enterprise in promoting students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and puts forward specific measures for the construction and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system for chemical majors under the guidance of craftsman spirit.
