摘要: 工程管理专业人才培养可行性路径探究是目前高校人才培养方案制定和培养目标设立的重难点问题。高校作为我国培养高技能产业人才的主阵地,在校企协同育人机制的建设过程中发挥重要的作用。该文以产教融合视阈下的高校工程管理专业校企协同育人途径为着眼点,寻求当下高校培育工程管理人才的可行性路径,着力于高校人才培养计划的建立与实施,以期对高校教学模式变革起到一定的参考意义。

Abstract: The exploration of the feasible path of talent training for engineering management majors is a key and difficult issue in the formulation of talent training programs and the establishment of training goals in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities, as the main front for cultivating high-skilled industrial talents in my country, play an important role in the construction of the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism. This paper focuses on the school-enterprise collaborative education approach for engineering management majors in colleges and universities from the perspective of the integration of production and education, seeks a feasible path for cultivating engineering management talents in colleges and universities, and focuses on the establishment and implementation of the talent training plan in colleges and universities. The reform of teaching mode in colleges and universities plays a certain reference significance.
