Abstract: This article uses the research method to study the active construction of the accurate employment service system for college students. According to the research, there are still many deficiencies in the construction of college students' employment service system in many aspects, mainly including the imperfect information platform, the unprofessional employment guidance, and the imperfect employment education. In order to improve the employment rate of college students, build the precise employment service system and promote the precise employment of college students have gradually become the core content of college employment. It is suggested that colleges and universities can promote the accurate employment of college students by building accurate employment information platforms, establishing professional employment guidance teams, improving employment education courses, and implementing personalized employment guidance, and gradually solve the problem of employment difficulties.
