摘要: 应用型人才是新时代党和国家急需的高素质技能型人才,是既要熟练掌握专业知识,又具备生产一线技术技能的高素质复合型应用人才。该文在产教融合视域下,以科教兴国战略为指导方针,以立德树人为根本任务,以德智体美劳“五位一体”的应用型人才为培养目标,立足交通强国战略,分析教师应具备的基本素养和能力,从管理机制、保障体制、培训制度、青年教师培训机制、教师国际化培养、教师深入企业、企业技术专家进课堂、教科研并行等方面,全方位、多层次地探索和研究交通类应用型本科高校所需要的专业化高素质师资队伍建设方案。

Abstract: Application-oriented talents are high-quality skilled talents urgently needed by the party and the country in the new era. They must have both proficient professional knowledge and high-quality compound application talents who are engaged in the first-line technical skills of production. Under the vision of the integration of production and education, this article takes the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education as the guiding principle, the fundamental task of establishing morality, and the training goal of "five in one" applied talents with morality, intelligence, physical education, art and labor. The basic qualities and abilities that teachers should have are all-round and multi-level in terms of management mechanism, guarantee system, training system, young teacher training mechanism, teacher internationalization training, teachers in-depth enterprise, enterprise technical experts in the classroom, and parallel teaching and research. Exploring and researching the professional and high-quality faculty construction plan required by transportation-oriented applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
