摘要: 高职院校的师资团队是高职院校的宝贵资源之一,也是决定高职院校教学质量的重要因素,高职院校想要提升教育质量、培养社会需要的复合型人才,就需要打造一支强有力的教师队伍。构建高职院校教师核心能力培养体系,成了高职教育的一项重要任务。该文围绕“互联网+”背景下的高职教师核心素养要求展开探讨,仅供参考。

Abstract: The teaching team of higher vocational colleges is one of the precious resources of higher vocational colleges, and also the primary factor to determine the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. If higher vocational colleges want to improve the quality of education and cultivate the compound talents needed by the society, it is necessary to build a strong teaching team. It is an important task of higher vocational education to construct the core competence construction system of teachers. This paper discusses the requirements of higher vocational teachers' core literacy under the background of “Internet +”, which is only for reference.
