摘要: 随着我国社会经济的发展,土木领域在国民经济建设中起着重要作用。新一轮科技革命与产业变革格局已经形成。在新工科产教融合背景下,对新型土木工程专业人才进行培养,并使其成为企业需要的人才,是应用型本科院校教学研究的重要方向。该文指出了新工科产教融合背景下土木类专业人才培养模式的内涵特征,针对传统人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了土木类专业产教融合人才培养模式的实现路径,为教学改革及教学理念转变提供了重要思路,以期为高校理工类培养高质量应用型人才和促进地方本科院校发展的改革和实践提供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of our society and economic, the civil engineering field plays an important role in the national economic construction; A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform pattern have been formed. Under the background of the integration of industry and education of new engineering, the subject of cultivating new civil engineer and making them the talents needed by enterprises is an important direction of teaching research in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities. This paper points out the connotation and characteristics of talent training mode of civil engineering under the background of the integration of industry and education of new engineering. In view of the problems existing in the traditional talent training mode, this paper puts forward the realization path of the talent training mode of the integration of industry and education of civil engineering, which provides important ideas for teaching reform and the transformation of teaching concept, it is expected to provide reference for the reform and practice of cultivating high-quality applied talents in science and engineering in colleges and universities and promoting the development of local undergraduate colleges.
