价值共创视角下深化校企协同育人机制研究

摘要: 随着工业4.0时代的到来,高校不仅要探索产业发展的新需求与新方向,还要进一步研究工程人才校企协同培养的新制度与新模式。高校人才培养过程离不开企业这一重要主体的参与。通过调研分析发现,目前校企合作尚存在双方难以找准利益的结合点,企业责任意识不清、参与力度不够、合作呈现“两张皮”等问题,因此需要完善政策体系。基于价值共创视角,从学校、企业和政府三个层面提出深化校企合作的对策建议,以期进一步加强产教融合、加强企业主体意识,研究在新工科人才培养背景下基于产教融合、校企合作的“学科+产业”创新机制模式,为实现人才培养、学科建设与产业发展的协同效应提供思路与参考。

Abstract: With the advent of industry 4.0 era, colleges and universities should not only explore the new demand and new direction of industrial development, but also further study the new system and new mode of university-enterprise collaborative training of engineering talents. College talent cultivation process cannot live without the participation of enterprises. Through the research analysis found that the current university-enterprise cooperation is difficult to realize smoothly, such as corporate responsibility consciousness not clear, enterprise participation enthusiasm not high, etc. To further strengthen the integration of industry and education based on "value co-creation" model, the policy system need to be perfected and suggestions from three aspects (i.s. schools, businesses and government) should be put forward; Through strengthening the consciousness of enterprise subject, construction ideas for school-enterprise industrial college have been provided in order to provide reference for realizing the synergistic effect of talent training, discipline construction and industrial development.
