摘要: 培育创新型人才是高等教育的核心任务。创新训练对于大学生创造力的培育、综合素养的培养具有重要意义。TRIZ理论是一种实用性很强的创新方法,将TRIZ理论应用于大学生创新训练项目中,能够培育学生的创新思想,进而培养学生解决问题的能力与创新能力。该文首先阐述了TRIZ理论的基本含义,进而剖析了TRIZ理论在大学生创新能力训练中的应用意义,最后,介绍了TRIZ理论在大学生创新训练中应用的具体实践案例。

Abstract: Cultivating innovative talents is the core task of higher education. Innovation training is of great significance to the cultivation of college students' creativity and comprehensive quality. TRIZ theory is a highly practical innovation methodology. The application of TRIZ theory in the innovation training program of college students will cultivate students' innovative thinking, and then develop the ability to solve problems and innovative ability. This paper first introduced the basic meaning of TRIZ theory, and then analyzed the significance of TRIZ theory applied in the college students’ innovation ability training. Finally, a specific case of applying TRIZ theory to the college students’ innovation training was introduced.
