MDT联合OSCE教学模式在口腔全科规培医师教学中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of MDT Combined with OSCE Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Regular Dental Doctors

摘要: 目的分析在口腔全科规培医师教学中应用MDT联合OSCE教学方法模式的价值。方法选取2019年5月-2020年5月在我院口腔全科开展规培医师教学的学生50例为研究对象,按照平行对照法随机分为对照组(n=25),实施传统教学方法,观察组(n=25),实施MDT(Multiple Department Team,多学科协作方法)联合OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,客观结构化临床考试)教学模式。评估两组的结业考试成绩、学员对教学效果的评价。结果观察组的结业考试成绩(辅助检查结果判断、辅助检查基本技能、医患沟通和临床检查、病例书写、病例分析、公共技能、口腔全科和专科技能)优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组学员对教学效果评价(基本知识掌握、学习兴趣培养、思维培养、临床问题解决、沟通协作和教学满意度)高于对照组,P<0.05。结论MDT联合OSCE教学模式在口腔全科规培医师教学中的应用,不仅可有效地提升学员的成绩,在提升学员的综合素质和全科思维能力方面也有显著效果,还可及时准确反馈教学问题,有利于教学质量的提升。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo analyze the value of applying MDT combined with OSCE teaching method in the teaching of regular dental training physicians. MethodsFrom May 2019 to May 2020, 50 students who were trained in the general department of oral cavity in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the parallel control method, they were randomly divided into the control group (n=25), and the traditional practice was implemented. The teaching method is divided into observation group (n=25), and implements MDT (Multiple Department Team) combined with OSCE (ObjectiveStructured Clinical Examination) teaching mode. Evaluate the final exam results of the two groups and the students' evaluation of the teaching effect. ResultsThe observation group's final examination results (judgment of auxiliary examination results, basic skills of auxiliary examination, doctor-patient communication and clinical examination, case writing, case analysis, public skills, general dental and technical skills) were better than those of the control group , P<0.05; The observation group's students' evaluation of teaching effect (basic knowledge mastery, learning interest cultivation, thinking cultivation, clinical problem solving, communication and cooperation and teaching satisfaction) was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. ConclusionThe application of MDT combined with OSCE teaching mode in the teaching of general dental general practitioners can not only effectively improve the students' performance, but also have significant effects in improving the overall quality and general thinking ability, and it can also provide timely and accurate feedback. Teaching problems are conducive to the improvement of teaching quality.
