摘要: 《模拟集成电路》是微电子专业的核心课程之一,对电路理论基础、电路设计实践都有较高的要求。通过该课程教学,旨在提高学生对微电子电路的理解,为学生从事微电子领域工作打下基础。在教学过程中,将模拟集成电路理论、电路分析与设计、版图设计与仿真案例有机结合,能够在有限的教学时间内实现更优的教学效果,为学生从事集成电路领域工作打下扎实基础。

Abstract: The Analog Integrated Circuits is one of the core courses of the microelectronics. It needs that students should have circuit theory foundation and circuit design practice. By this process, It could improve the understanding of microelectronic circuits and provide a foundation for students to work in the field of microelectronics. In the teaching process, the course includes analog integrated circuit theory, circuit analysis and design, layout design and simulation cases. It could achieve the optimal teaching effect in the limited teaching time, and builds solid foundation for the further process.
