高职化工专业创新创业教育的探索和实践

摘要: 高职化工专业创新创业教育必须结合化工行业特点和化工行业发展需要,正确定位化工专业创新创业教育目标,加强师资队伍建设,优化人才培养方案,积极推进“双主体育人”。以南京科技职业学院为例,学校在探索实践中,构建了集创新意识培养、创业素质培养和创新创业实践于一体的创新创业课程体系,形成了具有特色的化工专业创新创业“四个保证”育人机制,把创新创业教育贯穿于人才培养的全过程,着力提升创新创业育人水平,让学生在创新创业学习和实践中增强意识、锻炼能力、提高素质。

Abstract: The innovation and entrepreneurship education of the chemical industry in higher vocational colleges must combine the characteristics of the chemical industry and the development needs of the chemical industry, correctly position the goal of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the chemical industry, strengthen the construction of teachers, optimize the talent training plan, and actively promote the "Double main body education". In Nanjing Polytechnic Institute, for example, the school in exploring practice, actively build set innovation consciousness training, entrepreneurial quality training and innovation entrepreneurship curriculum system, constantly optimize its characteristics of chemical professional innovation entrepreneurship "four guarantee" education mechanism, the innovation education throughout the whole process of talent training, improve the level of innovation education, let students in innovation entrepreneurship learning and practice to enhance consciousness, exercise ability, improve quality.
