Abstract: The sustainable development of higher vocational colleges is closely related to the construction of teachers. Improving the quality of teachers and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers is an important prerequisite for the rapid development of higher vocational education. Based on the “The Belt and Road” perspective, this paper discusses in detail how to cultivate international teachers in higher vocational colleges. It aims to optimize the structure of teachers in higher vocational colleges, strengthen the teaching force, speed up the construction of international teachers, improve the comprehensive strength of higher vocational colleges, promote the long-term development of higher vocational colleges, and cultivate more high-quality talents for the society.
