Abstract: The rapid development of electronic information industry has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents. In accordance with the standards of engineering education certification and the concept of new engineering education, this paper constructs the system structure of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students majoring in electronic information engineering. This paper puts forward a progressive innovation ability training system by emphasizing the reasonable integration of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training resources and the construction of a platform for cultivating students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. The application of the innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability training system shows that the system can effectively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability of college students, improve the training quality of electronic information talents in local universities.
