摘要: 新工科建设赋予高等教育新的内涵,要求建立以产业需求为导向的人才培养模式,培养具有扎实专业知识、交叉理论知识的创新型应用人才。通过对目前创新创业人才培养存在的问题进行分析,从机械专业定位、人才培养、课程体系建设、创新创业理论、实践课程定位等方面,落实新工科人才培养提出的新要求,为新工科背景下创新创业人才培养提供思路。

Abstract: The construction of new engineering gives new connotation to higher education. It requires the establishment of a talent training model oriented by industry demand, cultivate talents with solid professional knowledge, cross-theoretical knowledge and innovative application. By analyzing the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, implement the new requirements of the training of new engineering talents from the orientation of mechanical major, talent cultivation, curriculum system construction, innovation and entrepreneurship theory, practical curriculum orientation, etc. It provides training ideas for innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation under the background of new engineering.
