摘要: 高职教学监督质量直接关系高职人才培养质量,基于新时代职业教育改革的深入推进,工匠型人才培养必须要以健全的教学督导评价体系作为支撑。教学督导评价指标是教学督导评价体系的核心因素,因此高职教学督导评价指标体系的构建必须落实到立德树人根本任务上。基于“十四五”规划要求,高职教学督导评价具有内在发展逻辑,暴露出当代高职教学督导评价指标体系构建存在的问题,需要采取有效的措施优化教学督导评价体系,达到以评促教、以教促评的目的。

Abstract: The quality of higher vocational teaching supervision is directly related to the quality of higher vocational talent training. With the deepening of the reform of vocational education in the new era, talent training should be supported by a sound teaching supervision and evaluation system. Teaching supervision evaluation index is the core element of the evaluation system of teaching supervision, based on the requirement of difference education planning, higher vocational teaching supervision evaluation has intrinsic logic development, exposed the evaluation index system of the contemporary higher vocational teaching supervision build problems, needs us to take effective measures to optimize the evaluation system of teaching supervision, to review and promote teaching and teaching to promote the purpose of the evaluation.
