工程教育专业认证背景下毕业要求达成评价改进体系构建——以宁波大学土木工程为例

Under the Background of Engineering Education Professional Certification on the Construction of Graduation Requirements Achievement Evaluation and Continuous Improvement System——Taking Civil Engineering of Ningbo University as an Example

摘要: 工程教育认证背景下,教育实践和改革重点在于以“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”理念为指导,建立完善的持续改进机制,在评价工程教育产出基础上,保证人才培养质量并实现不断提升。宁波大学土木工程专业在工程教育认证过程中,围绕上述重点进行了一系列探索和实践。该文阐述了构建毕业要求达成评价改进体系过程中的具体原理和实践,该体系基于原有专业教育质量监控机制,完善了组织架构,明确了质量标准和责任人,基于培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系的一致性要求,建立了教学过程质量监控、毕业要求达成情况评价、评价结果反馈和质量改进完善等机制,构建了人才培养质量持续改进的闭合循环,使得工程教育质量在该体系内形成持续改进的自我循环和不断提升的自我强化。

Abstract: Under the background of engineering education certification, the focus of education practice and reform is to take the concept of OBE as the guide, establish a continuous improvement mechanism, and ensure and continuously improve the engineer education quality based. In the process of engineering education certification for Civil Engineering, Ningbo University, a series of explorations and practices have been carried out. This paper elaborates on the specific principles and practices in the process of constructing an evaluation and improvement system for the achievement of graduation requirements. The system is based on the traditional education quality monitoring mechanism, improved the organizational structure, clarified the quality standards and responsible persons, and based on the inline requirements, a mechanism has been established for quality monitoring of the teaching process, evaluation of the achievement of graduation requirements, feedback of evaluation results, and quality improvement, etc., and a closed-loop of continuous improvement of the engineer education quality has been established, making the quality be continuous self-reinforce.
