摘要: 翻转课堂教学模式有利于激发学生的学习自主性,将传统以教师讲授为主的课堂教学活动调整为互动式和探究式的新型课堂,对管理会计课程的教学改革有着积极作用。该文在探究翻转课堂本质特征的基础上,将管理会计课程的教学目标分为基本目标、强化目标和提高目标三个层次,并提出管理会计课程改革中实施翻转课堂的核心要义,对建立教学范式起到指导作用。在设计基于翻转课堂的管理会计教学新范式时,通过梳理管理会计预测、决策、规划、控制和评价这五大基本职能,将知识点学习、能力培养和自主探索意识贯穿于课前、课中和课后三个不同时间段,为应用型高校的会计类课程教学改革提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Flipped classroom teaching mode is conducive to stimulate students' learning autonomy, and the traditional classroom teaching activities based on teachers are adjusted to a new type of interactive and inquiry-based classroom, which plays a positive role in the teaching reform of management accounting course. On the basis of exploring the essential characteristics of flipped classroom, this paper divides the teaching objectives of management accounting course into three levels: basic objectives, enhanced objectives and improved objectives, and proposes the core essence of implementing flipped classroom in the reform of management accounting course, which plays a guiding role in the design of teaching paradigm. Through combing management accounting forecast, decision-making, planning, control and evaluate the five basic functions, the knowledge learning, ability training, and independent exploring consciousness through three different periods before, class and after class design based on reverse classroom management accounting new paradigm of classroom teaching, in order to applied accounting teaching reform in colleges and universities to provide certain reference and reference.
