翻转课堂在《职业核心能力》课程中的应用——以简历制作教学设计为例

摘要: 《职业核心能力》课程是一门实践性较强的应用型课程,借助“蓝墨云班课”等教育教学辅助软件,采取翻转课堂教学模式,提高对学生职业核心能力素养的培养。与传统课堂的教学模式相比,翻转课堂教学模式更具有自由性,以学生为主体、教师为主导,构建线上线下的混合式教学模式。该文以简历制作教学设计为例,分析了翻转课堂在《职业核心能力》课程中的应用。

Abstract: Professional Core Competence is a practical application-oriented course. With the help of mobile application-Blue Ink Cloud Class and other educational and teaching aids, flipped classroom teaching mode was adopted to cultivate students' professional core competence. Compared with the traditional classroom teaching mode, flipped classroom teaching mode, being student-oriented and teacher-led, has integrating online and offline teaching mode, providing students with more freedom. This paper takes the teaching design of resume making as an example to analyze the application of the flipped classroom in the course Professional Core Competence.
