《网络营销》课程教学改革与实践

摘要: 《网络营销》是市场营销专业的专业必修课,莆田学院商学院经过5年的教学改革和探索,将学生能力结构的三个维度(知识、技能和职业素养)和课程任务结构的三个维度(课程思政、“三创”、新文科)两两组合,形成个性化教学九宫格。为实现多样化的教学目标,提出在传统课堂的基础上融入经典书籍、融入学术文献、融入企业分享、融入实战操作(4个融入)的教学思路;知识讲授与经典书籍解读相结合;学术文献精读和企业案例分析相结合;企业导师授课和公益直播课堂相结合;课内实验项目和课外技能竞赛相结合(4个结合)。形成两大模块六种教学手段,两大模块即课堂教学模块和实践教学模块;六种教学手段包括课堂教学模块中的教师讲授课、企业分享课、案例分析课、学生汇报课,以及实践教学模块中的课内实验项目和课外技能竞赛。授课学生在理论基础、人文素养、专业技能、视野眼界等方面都有着不同程度的提升。

Abstract: The network marketing is marketing major professional required course, School of Business, Putian University after five years of teaching reform and exploration, the students ability of the structure of the three dimensions (knowledge, skills and professional quality) and three dimensions of curriculum task structure (course education, 3 a, the new liberal arts) two combination, form the personalized teaching scratchable latex. In order to achieve diversified teaching objectives, the teaching ideas of integrating classic books, academic literature, enterprise sharing and practical operation (4 integration) on the basis of traditional classroom are proposed. To realize the combination of knowledge teaching and classical book interpretation; Intensive reading of academic literature and case analysis of enterprises; The combination of corporate mentors and live classes for public benefit; In class experiment operation and extracurricular skills competition combined (4 combination). It forms two modules and six teaching methods. The two modules are classroom teaching module and practical teaching module. The six teaching methods include teacher's teaching, enterprise sharing, case study and student reporting in the classroom teaching module, as well as in-class experimental projects and extracurricular skills competitions in the practical teaching module. The students have been improved to different degrees in theoretical basis, humanistic quality, professional skills, vision and other aspects.
