摘要: 高职院校专业建设要与区域产业对接和融合。该文立足深圳战略新兴产业,探索高职专业建设路径。通过对深圳生物技术产业发展的分析,聚焦药品生物技术人才培养定位,凸显地域产业特色和专业特色;创新实践教学模式,强化实践育人环节,提升学生职业能力;加强实训实习基地建设,提升学生竞争力和适应性;与国内知名企业深度合作,探索“订单式”培养,促进学生高质量就业。多维度实现高职专业建设与区域产业的对接,教学成效显著。

Abstract: Professional construction of higher vocational colleges should be connected and integrated with regional industries. Based on the strategic emerging industries in Shenzhen, the article explores the construction path of higher vocational majors. Through the analysis of Shenzhen biotechnology industry development, focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology talents, highlight regional industry and professional characteristics, innovate practice teaching mode, strengthen students 'professional ability, strengthen training base, enhance students' competitiveness and adaptability, and deep cooperation with well-known domestic enterprises to explore "order" training to promote high-quality employment. The docking level of the construction of higher vocational majors and regional industries is realized in multiple dimensions, and the teaching has achieved remarkable results.
