订单式人才培养模式下的实践教学改革研究——以“好利店长订单班”为例

摘要: 在人才培养方面,订单式模式与高职院校及企业的人才需求相符合,为人才培养指明了方向,也成为促进高职学生就业的有力措施。该文对泸州职业技术学院商学院市场营销专业订单式人才培养模式下的实践教学环节面临的问题进行分析,探索、思考对应的解决办法。通过优化实训课程体系、内容,增强实践教学效果;以聘用企业导师的方式强化师资队伍建设,促进产学研合作的深化;同时增加特色课程,加强学生对企业文化的了解;完善考核制度,健全激励机制,激发学生实践的主动性和积极性,对实践活动的价值和意义形成科学、正确的认知。总之,对于人才培养的订单式模式,在现实教学活动中,应该将企业的重要作用充分发挥出来,探索出切合自身实际的人才培养新模式。

Abstract: Order form talent training mode is in line with the common interests of current higher vocational colleges and enterprises in talent supply and demand. It is the development direction of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges, and it is also a powerful measure to solve the employment problem of higher vocational students. In this paper, Luzhou Polytechnic business school marketing professional order personnel training mode of practical teaching problems faced by the analysis, explore and think about the corresponding solutions. By optimizing the system and content of practical training courses, the effect of practical teaching can be enhanced; To strengthen the construction of teaching staff by employing enterprise tutors and promote the deepening of industry university research cooperation; At the same time, special courses should be added to strengthen students' integration into corporate culture; Improve the assessment system, improve the incentive mechanism, stimulate students' initiative and enthusiasm in practice, and realize the importance of practice. In short, the order type talent training mode should play an important role in the practical teaching of enterprises, and explore a new talent training mode suitable for their own reality.
